GRI 102: General information 2016
GRI 102-18 Leadership structure Hochland Deutschland GmbH has a management board that is supervised by the supervisory board of Hochland SE. The sustainability managers of the core team sustainability are responsible for the decision-making process on economic, ecological and social issues, report to the management and advise them. The One Earth Team (OET) acts as an advanced sustainability committee and multiplier. Experts from various specialist areas belong to the OET. The OET creates and updates the materiality matrix with derived fields of action and recommendations for action for the management. The main functions of the OET are support, advice and reflection, as well as the structure and definition and definition of responsibilities for the sustainability process. pp. 12
